　　制作公司在全美国众多的大学里对演员进行了公开的选拔，要求除了比较上镜外，还必须要有经历真实冒险的心理准备。最后，经过严格的筛选和试镜，选出了16名（8男8女）大学生来进行这次新的青春体验，他们被邀请参与这趟为期8天的墨西哥康库海滩春假之旅，在这8天内他们将拋开一切俗务羁绊饮酒狂欢，百无禁忌随心所欲，他们最真实的一面将被摄影机毫不保留捕捉下来。
